This store has more self-absorbed employees than any other store I think I've ever been in. There is always a line 10 miles long and the cashiers are more interested in standing around and talking to one another than waiting on customers. The only register desk that seems really aware of waiting on the customers is the very first one as you walk in the door. When you do have to actually ask questions, there is only a handful of people who work in this store that really seem to know what they're doing or what they're talking about. I have to go into this store from time to time, to pick up or return orders, other than that, I try to stay away, far far away.

Just spent 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me at the salon. All I was doing was inquiring about a haircut or to make an appointment but the 2 beautician's never came out to help me. While I stood there, I made eye contact and I even called. They didn't care to come out to answer the phone. So I eventually walked out. I've been a very consistent customer at the Jcpenny in Poplar Bluff, but will not be coming back to Farmington's poor service.

JCPenney's is a great store they made some changes in the past year catering more towards young people makeup betting everything in there is great they still have they're clothes section for us older ladies but I enjoy going there that's my first place to stop when I need something

Staff was very nice....but placed order, was supposed to be here by Christmas. .went to pick it, only half the order came in. Tried to return what was in and cancel rest of order so I could just shop in store and was told I had to wait and return all once. I'm not happy!!! Now I have 1 kid that gets most of his xmas and the other 1 has to wait until after xmas!!!!!
