JCP has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Placed an online order for store pickup (which I have prev done many times). This time I was charged twice for one order. There is no email or chat option. Took time out of my insanely busy day to call and there is no resolve. I have spent time with 4 different agents, including a supervisor, 30 minutes on hold and NO RESOLVE. I still have not received my money back and at this rate never will. Horrible horrible service.

I shopped today in women's clothing, jewelry, shoes, & cosmetics departments. Every dept associate treated me with respect and were happy to help me. The jewelry dept associate went well beyond helping me, she was so knowledgeable on the jewelry items, treated me as a highly valued customer & even found a coupon I didn't even know I was eligible for. Kudos to the associates today, especially the jewelry dept.

This store is VERY disorganized. There were piles of trash in multiple locations through out  the entire store. I was very disappointed with how many clothes appeared to just be slung throughout the store. And the shoe department looked as if it hadn’t been organized or sorted through in months. There were shoes dumped all over the isles and boxes tossed every where.

All employees were very nice and cordial. Except the lady in children's, seemed to be scowling. JCPENNYS is the only place I can find clothes, shoes, underwear to fit. I even get regular compliments on the jewelry I get from there.

Their jewelry department is awful. Whoever they outsource to for sizing and repair is terrible. Absolutely no quality or craftsmanship. They sized my wedding band down too small and my diamonds have been falling out for the past 3 years. When I talked to the manager, her response was crude and very rude. DO NOT buy from JCPenny's!
