Jerry's auto repair does great work. The last three times I've had an issue with my car, or my wife's car, I took them to Jerry. They have replaced an alternator on one car and performed routine maintenance and troubleshoot diagnostics on another. They made short work of each problem and were very clear in their pricing guidelines. I would definitely recommend Jerry's to anyone looming to get a routine checkup done or if they have a bigger issue with their car that needs to be handled by professionals.

I loved how you called and got approval before doing anything that would cost money. It was extremely reassuring after going to mechanics in the past that try and sneak charges in. For someone on a tight budget it was amazing! I'll definitely be bringing my car back.

I had an estimate made a year ago for work I wanted done on my car. A year later (when I could afford it) I checked again and the cost or repair was the same as last year. Jerry apparently keeps good up to date records on his computer. I made the appointment, dropped my car off Sunday night and got a call at 9:30 Monday morning stating that my car was done and ready to be picked up. I was very pleased.

The service I received Jerry’s was wonderful. I Quickly received an estimate for the removal of a malfunctioning car alarm system. When I brought my vehicle in, they drove me back to my apartment to wait, which is something I’ve never seen a auto shop or garage due for its customers before. The repairs were comparatively quick, and they picked me up and brought me back to the garage to get my vehicle. They left almost no outward sign of having done any work, and the long running issue with my alarm system has stopped. My interactions with the employees we’re all enjoyable and productive. And I will most likely use Jerry’s services anytime I need work done on my car through the rest of my time at WSU.

If you want something simple done they are fine. I honestly found the Toyota dealership cheaper and more helpful! My axle was sliding in and out of the transmission and he couldn't diagnose it.. I took it to him 3 times and he wouldn't refund me after he said he didn't know what to do? I took it to the dealership and they figured it out and fixed it in an hour! I also had a friend who took his truck there and it spent a week there before they said they couldn't figure out what was going on! Don't recommend unless it's a simple simple thing!
