I did not receive the quality service or treatment I was expecting. I had several things that needed to be done as recommended by my dealership. I live in Seattle (came all the way out to Issaquah based on high recommendations) and had expected to have an evaluation done in a day and then to get some repairs going since some of the issues were critical. Due to their very limited hours (why wouldn't they be open either before or after normal work hours??) and not being open on weekends, I had to adjust my work schedule to get out there. There were signs I would have issues from the beginning: left a message and email asking to get an appointment, but they never contacted me. When I called back and finally made an appointment, they called back the afternoon before the appointment (when I'd already rearranged my work schedule) to say they didn't have enough loaner cars for me because other people's cars were taking longer than expected. Unfortunately since I work in Seattle, their shuttle wasn't an option. From a Wednesday, they tried to reschedule for the following Monday. Luckily, they agreed to reschedule for Friday because of my car's critical repair needs. Again, I expected to have the evaluation done in a day and car back Friday, maybe Monday. I was told I'd get an update Friday afternoon, but that call never happened. I didn't get a call until the next Monday afternoon and assumed they'd moved forward with the brakes, which I'd said they could. Turns out the whole time they were only preparing quotes. In the end, they didn't have the technical expertise to confidently make one repair (fine, I appreciate the honesty), but then quoted me for everything else at a rate higher than the dealership. They said it would take at least 2 MORE days to complete these repairs, but I didn't trust that seeing how everything they do seems to take longer than expected. I asked them to do the 1 minor repair (out of 4 or 5 things) that they offered cheaper than the dealership, and they sounded surprised I was choosing the dealership (even though they saw the dealership quotes and the price difference). After 5 days, $250, and having to make up half a day of missed work, I had one minor repair done. After all that I was annoyed they also charged for the evaluation as I thought most places offer that complimentarily. The next day, I took my car back to the dealership and every single repair was done in less than a day (around 6 or 7 hours) and they even knocked off $200 because it took less labor than expected. If you go to Integrity, maybe you'll be lucky and experience the service others have. Unfortunately I repeatedly missed every boat on that.

Integrity is a terrific place to have service done. I have taken all my cars there over the last 10 years and they do a spectacular job. They know their stuff on any make and the people there are so professional. They really do take care of their customers and you are treated as family. The reliability and quality of the service they perform is outstanding (and if not they will fix it, no questions).

I called one of the service representatives to schedule an oil change. They can (apperantly now) only do oil changes in the morning. So they told me to"re-check" my schedule and call them back. I've been a customer of Integrity Auitomotive for close to 10 years. The customer service person I talk to who wouldn't give their name said that I need to check my schedule to work with theirs as they do oil changes in the morning and major repair jobs during the day. Well that doesn't work for me since I work 5:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. . They wouldn't give me a loaner car because it was a simple oil change. So I want to ask what is a simple oil change and why does it take an entire day to get that done? I'm going to send a letter to Nate Bean and tell him that I have no interest in your company anymore and I'm going to send them all my car care cash back to them. I have found another automotive company that is more responsive to the customers needs. Integrity Automotive is getting too big for their britches. I had an oil change at Bellevue Toyota in less than 30 min. It did cost a little more, but the service was worth the wait.

My Brother-in-law contacted Integrity to have them do a drain and refill of gear oil as I had just had a new clutch installed and that's what was needed to finish the job. When we called we dealt with a man named Clayton, this guy clearly didn't know what he was talking about and self admitted he wasn't a mechanic. The call essentially boiled down to him telling us that they wouldn't do it because of liability issues and that it could come out with a leak or something. Well this makes no sense as it's a simple job, it has no leak to start with, and there isn't any more liability then any other job a mechanic does. The only way it would come out with a leak is if these guys didn't know what they are doing and actually broke something that wasn't broken to begin with (which is a possibility with ANY car that they work on). Yet for this reason they would not so a simple drain and refill. It makes NO sense at all. Clayton stated multiple reasons that made no sense, and it felt like they were not being straight with us (or they are just idiots). When we asked to speak to an actual certified tech we were mouthed off too. And when we expressed our frustration Clayton talked back to us very rudely once again. He started saying that he took tons of time out of his "busy day" to go check on this for us and that we should be greatful. By this point we were fed up and called him out as polite as possible and asked once again to talk to a certified technician. At this time he just got blatently rude and hung up. Integrity will never get my business and I would discourage others from coming here. They don't seem to act with any intrgrity and we're genuinely unprofessional. I understand they have the right to refuse service but without a real reason and for such a simple job it honestly makes no sense. In fact it comes off like they don't entirely know what they are doing. I'm sure the owner will respond to this like he seems to do on every bad review trying to rebuff my words. It doesn't really matter though, it was a bad experience and it shows a lot about the shop and it's operators. I would advise that you have someone with less attitude and a lot more knowledge pick up the phone.

Integrity Auto has taken care of my car for over 20 years. Their Superior Service, honesty and attentiveness to my needs is spectacular! It is an honor to be a part of their automobile maintenance family. I highly recommend their service!
