We explain the necessary repairs for your vehicle and we can often give free estimates.
We strive to keep our prices low for each customer for their repair services.
Our Diagnostic service charge is one of the lowest in town, and we apply it towards the labor charge in most cases if you have us do the repair.

I had a very wonderful experience here, the mechanic who serviced my vehicle is very knowledgeable so much that he found the time in his busy schedule to look at my vehicle the second I walked in.
He found the part that was having problems and replaced it on site in no time, he had felt that it wasn't safe to drive home and since the part he replaced was very crucial to the safety of myself and my family he fixed it for me.
He worked with me even when I simply went in to get it looked at and we agreed I would pay him the second I got my paycheck. (which was later the following Thursday)
10/10 will recommend this mechanic shop to those who will get a good heartfelt customer service.

Best service in the area! Fair priced and good communication. Have had bad experiences with other shops in Pullman so will only go here from now on

These guys are dangerous....smart...playing college students for the government financial aid they receive....students...be wary...they are part of that new breed of fake, business owners who will take everything but give nothing back to our nation....this is why many have said: "My car had some problems I did not know about before I brought it here." But the worst part is...if you complain....they will use whatever sneaky methods they can to ruin your reputation.....right out of the corrupt Roman empire....so sad our nation has come to this....I think they are connected to ProCab Taxi Service too......I hope our nation can return to the Harry S. Truman/FDR era of honesty....but with these guys...we won't....

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place tries to rip people off. Do NOT bring your car here. They called and said we couldn't pick up the car without paying a fee. We called to drop of the car for a problem they already fixed. Sense they already fixed it, it was covered under a warranty. They decided to check the car out without letting us know and called and said pay this. We dropped it off for a specific reason and they did something else and now we can't pick up the car? They should have called and let us know "hey it's not the same problem we gotta check the car out which will result in a fee" there was no talk of being charged on the phone or wen we dropped the car off and now they just expect to get paid?

They did a fuel pump on my Tahoe. Great work, friendly staff, good communication throughout. I'm a little disappointed at some of the negative reviews here, I really liked the place. It's a family owned shop with honest folks there. I'll definitely return
