This is the best company I have been to. I’ll be a customer for life. Every felt like everything was about you when it came to customer service, I had not until I came here. This place is absolutely amazing, made sure I got my rental car and was safe after my accident!! All my friends and family are now going here and have had great experience!

This place is great! The work exceeded my expectations and it was done in a timely manner. They even sent me a welcome letter prior to me dropping the vehicle off. I'll definitely be having future work done here as well as referring them!

Such a great experience!! I was rear ended and WA Auto Collision said the work would be done in a week. It was completed right on time. My car not only looked as good as new, but they washed it, vaccuumed it (even the trunk), and added a freshener to make it smell great. Seriously, they even washed my floor mats! Wish I could give 10 stars - you guys are awesome!

I dropped off my neighbor's vehicle here as a favor while they were on vacation. The staff was very courteous to me even though I wasn't their customer. They picked me up when the vehicle was done. The receptionist that picked me up was very friendly.

Far exceeded my expectations! They did a spectacular job of fixing a botched repair by Lithia Camp Body & Paint. Washington Auto Colision not only fixed all the damage they also took the time and care to take care of all the little details that will ensure that the repair will be problem free for many years. Matt, Michael, and the rest of the crew were professional, friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. My wife’s car looks great inside and out. Thanks to everyone at Washington Auto Colision.
