I come here multiple time a week and prefer to walk in to grab my lunch.they are fast. Reg #9! I love the fresh toppings here. The team members working behind the counter always take care of the customers. They make a lot of sandwiches and if I ever had a problem it was never an issue to fix. I never left without the sub I needed. They have always treated me great.

The staff here is suspicious. They served me one minute before close. One-minute! Do you know how frustrating it is when someone shows up to your job one minute before you close and smile on top of that?! Everyone knows that you lock the door and don't make eye contact when the customer walks up one minute before close. They're up to something here. There's no way Ryan and his coworkers are actually this cheery, polite and concerned with customer service. Please help me uncover this obvious facade.

On one occasion I personally witnessed one of the sandwich makers turn away an elderly veteran because he was standing in the wrong line.When I walked into the restaurant there was him and one other customer. she was in the checkout line and he was behind her, the worker told him that if he wanted service he would need to get in the right line. He was the only other person in the store until I walked in, so what line and if he knew what he wanted why did it matter if he stood in front of the meat counter. The gentleman was so embarrassed and upset that he eventually left after being treated no better than a lettuce leaf on her shoe. I left too out of respect for him. I didn't visit this establishment again until today when the line to Taco Bell was extremely long and I needed to get back to work quickly so I jumped in a short line for food at Jersey Mike's well let me say it won't happen again, ever. After the first incident I was hesitant to give this store a second chance. Well I ordered a sandwich from what I assume was a person, not Mike's style, no onions, please add mayo sandwich. What I got was a sandwich that was Mike's style, had onions and no mayo. The kid spoke so fast he was barely understandable. For $8 I expect my sandwich to be what I order but these kids are in such a hurry to get you through the line that they forget the service. I won't be back, even when the like to Taco Bell is out in the road and I have to wait half my lunch break for food, at least they speak clearly enough to be understood and I've never seen them turn someone away for standing in the wrong line. So Mike if your ever in the Interquest/I-25 store, don't expect much, we sure don't

Tasty sandwiches and very good cheese steaks! Fresh rolls too. We visit a lot and the service is usually friendly and good, though we've had a few delays as they break in a new employee. Sandwiches are kind of pricey, but they make up for it with coupons which offer big discounts. Joining their club gets you the discount coupons and free sandwiches. Double points on Tuesday can get a couple a free sandwich after three visits.

Watch the meats sliced right in front of you as you order. Great selection and staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for it mikes way, you won't regret it!
