Second time that I ordered an extra large and when picking up it is a large. Both times the employees acted as if it was my fault but each time the order was repeated back to me correctly on the phone. Then I get home and the pizza that was supposed to be half pep/half green olive ended up being all pepperoni and I am a vegetarian! It was also undercooked - very doughy. Will not be returning.

Ordered Cajun crust and they completely forgot to put it on the pizza. The New Albany location is better. You take one bite of the pizza and all the cheese comes sliding off. They need better standards from one franchise location to the next. This location has gone downhill from when it first opened.

It's not Chicago deep dish, but it is a thick, pan-baked crust with sauce, toppings and cheese. Your fingers will get messy, but the pizza is still satisfying, and the service is very accommodating. If you want a good pan crust, Jet's is a good choice.

If I had access to it more I'd have given it a five, but I have to go out of my way to get it, best damn pizza I've eaten, just can't get there as much as I want.
