We ordered lunch here online at the shop I work at. The guy that went to pick it up waited over a half hour before our food was prepared. My club sandwich did not have bacon on it, which is the main reason I got a club. I also got a side of pasta salad for my wife, which cost $3.00. The quantity of said pasta was simply a joke. A whole tub of pasta salad could have been purchased at the grocery store for that price. The only reason this place warrants a two star is the other better locations, with better staff. Unfortunately, the Pickerington location no longer exists. We will no longer be giving this place our business.

I work for Amazon..I see all minds of food.  I go to busy places.  This place is busy...it's full of hard working women... and maybe men... didn't see one but... what a well run restaurant. Now most importantly.  I had the Sicilian grinder..10 inch and not only did it look delicious it was the best I have ever had.  Makes me want to open my own if I could duplicate their hard work.  Kudos.

The first one I ever visited was in Lima OH and I hadn't seen one outside of the area since. The food quality was consistent and the cheddar mac is one of their signature items.

I TRIED TO PLACE AN ORDER, THE ONLINE WAS A PAIN, KEPT TRYING TO REDIRECT ME TO AN AMAZON ACCOUNT, NOBODY WANTS TO GO THRU THAT, SO I TRIED TO CALL IN, WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR 11 MINS, HUNG UP AND CALLED BACK THINKING THEY FORGOT ME, AND WAS IMMEDIATELY PLACED ON HOLD AGAIN, AFTER 3 MINS, I GAVE UP, WILL NEVER KNOW TH EQUALITY OF THE FOOD BECAUSE I CANNOT ORDER, MY LUNCH IS ONLY 30 MINS!!! SUCH A PAIN!!!
