Great customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me a price and time estimate right on the spot after examining it for about 5 minutes. They helped me with a ring resizing for a very reasonable price and did it very quickly. Called me as soon as it was done. Very friendly. Would go again! Traveled all the way from Brooklyn to go here and would definitely do so again in the future.

Such a great experience here - really friendly, great service, and good value. They fixed a broken prong on my engagement ring (and cleaned it) in 15 minutes while I waited, for only $35. Then they cleaned my wedding ring for free to make it equally shiny :)

Cannot recommend this shop higher! They were so patient with me while I worried about resizing my heirloom engagement ring. They also made a custom wedding band for an incredibly reasonable price, and did an amazing job with both. Go here!

Jumped in the sea last summer and ruined my Seiko I have for 30 years, been told in Europe you watch is gone ...3 months ago saw Jewelry Patch, entered in and met very friendly owner who told me to bring my watch and that he is going to fix it.
This morning I get my Seiko back, runs like new thanks to very professional and honest owner and his team.
Highly recommend this place if need new watch , jewelry or just need to fix your old watch . Bravo and thank you again.

Myself and my fiance purchased my engagement ring today with cliff and karen a wonderful experience! Cliff was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend the jewelry patch to anyone looking their ring
