We bought two new vehicles with Adam, and we received great service and we are very happy to be a customer ! Oil change staff is fast and efficient as well! Highly recommend!

They were extremely helpful and made our visit feel very welcoming. We were immediately greeted at the door and they made sure we were comfortable. (Asked if we were thirsty and if they could get us anything to drink). went to Ford not two hours later and didn't even get a hello when we walked in.

Our Yukon XL broke down on our way home yesterday. We had the vehicle towed here. Being from out of town, we were at the mercy of the tow truck driver that decided where to leave the truck. We were truly blessed that he chose to tow it here! We were impressed from the moment the gentlemen at the service desk (Travis and Matt) fit us into the schedule and had a rental truck for us even before the posted opening hour. Our car was fixed and we were back on the road by 10:00 this morning. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and professional and the repair rates were affordable!  Thank you for helping us through a difficult situation!

Adam Mead is an exceptional sales associate from start to finish. He has all of my needs taken care of and questions answered before I even ask them. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I have, and will continue to recommend Jim Wernig to anyone looking in to purchasing a new vehicle.
