Just purchased a vehicle from James Nesbitt at Labadie Buick Cadillac GMC.  I have been searching for a used vehicle for my daughter for a few weeks now and finally found a few  vehicles at this Bay City dealership that I felt would fit my daughter. James responded within minutes of my initial request and was extremely helpful and accommodating during the sales process. Thank you Jim for a very satisfying experience! I will definitely be returning to Jim @ Labadie for future used car purchases.

My wife was driving north on I 75 near Bay City. On new years eve. When her car started to act up. She managed to Coast off the highway and limped over to Labadie Buick. They were about to close but found her a rental car. We were able to find the broken part and picked up the car the next day. We think this is great service and really appreciate it.

We had an amazing experience at Labadie purchasing a fun new Buick Encore. Our Salesman Sammy Coleman was such a joy to do business with. He helped us through the maze of purchasing a new vehicle, with confidence and support,  that our dream would become reality.

I broke down on my way North about 5 miles from this dealer.  They went above and beyond for a reasonable price to  make sure our trip was not ruined.  My only regret is that they are so far away from where I live, they would have won a customer for life.  The service department gets an A+.

Very pleasant experience! Staff is knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Service reception area is clean and void of clutter. Waiting area is comfortable and provides basic refreshments.
