Nothing but 5 Stars!!! Where do I begin!!!! I came into the used cars looking to replace my pickup truck. Pat was my sales guy, and I cannot say enough great things about him. We found the perfect truck, but unfortunately it ended up having a mechanical issue not even a day after we purchased it. (Its mechanical It Happens) We viewed all our options on getting the truck fixed, but opted to get something different. Between Lisa and Pat we brainstormed on different options within our budget, and found the next perfect vehicle for us. I just cannot be any happier with this whole process. Lisa and Pat both were in consistent communication with us on everything going on, which I appreciated tendentiously. The service I received speaks volumes, and I could not be more thankful. Thank You Lisa and Pat! You both deserve 5 Stars!!

my vehicle was not far off warranty although I had the extended warranty.  they took care of me very well and I didn't have to pay anything above and beyond extended warranty.  very happy about that. everyone I talked to on the phone was very nice and friendly.  great experience

Craig, Todd, Nick and the rest of the crew really showed an interest in finding the vehicle I wanted and the price point I needed.  Every member of the staff was courteous and friendly.  I have already recommended Graff Chevrolet in Bay City to a number of colleagues, friends and relatives.  And will continue to do so!  Overall, it is the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle.
