My husband and I were headed to Iowa for his birthday . Our driver's side window came out of the track and would not go up or down. We went to Betten Baker to see if there was something that could be done to "tide us over" until we got home later in the week. Well, despite being VERY busy, they fixed our vehicle immediately. We were so impressed with the friendliness of everyone we came across in the waiting area and in the body shop. What great people. We are so very grateful that we were still able to go on our trip. THANK YOU!!!!

I've loved this dealer ship since moved back to Cadillac in 2014. Always kind and very honest about what your vehicle needs and they let u ask questions and answer honestly.

Our Tahoe broke down on the highway. We had it towed to the nearest Chevy dealer, which happened to be Godfrey Chevrolet. They immediately started working on the vehicle and we were back in the road in an hour. I couldn't believe how fast they were and how reasonable their service was. Very impressed! Will consider using them for our next car purchase even though it is not near where live. Thanks again!
