Worst customer service. Today we went in and asked for a pastrami sandwich. The young man told us he was out of pastrami and as we were looking for something else he told us there was some in the back but insinuating that it was too much of a hassle for him to go back there. He just stood there when we told him we would like to get the pastrami, we ended up getting something else. Almost everything was empty and the knifes were dirty. We will not go back.

Completely unprofessional. No smiles or want for good customer service. Horribly lazy. The sandwich I wanted had meat that was still frozen, not prepped, and it was still listed on the menu board. Store needs help

Im currently sitting in the store and have been for 10ish minutes. I watched 4 people walk out as no one waa tending to customers. The worker was cruel to the guests. There was only one person working at 730 on a Friday night. What a joke...
