Everyone in the store was wonderful. They all took their time with my husband, answered our questions and ensured the suits were fitted properly. The tailor promised a three day turn around on the tailoring which would normally take the tailor two weeks. I received a phone call 24 hours later and the suits were ready for pickup.

My suit rental was prepaid from a different location. While i was taking my measurements, the two workers there seem like they wanted to kill each other. Process took long, because the woman did not know what she was doing. When I picked up the suit, they told me I owed 17 bucks for tax. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but when the suits were paid for, the salesman assured us that there wouldn't be any more fees (prepaid $2200+). Other people in my party who picked it up from other locations had no problems(No additional fees). So the salesman from the other store called in and explained to her the situation, and she does wave the tax fee (A deal is a deal). I was very calm, and understanding, but I sense the attitude of the girl working there (If you don't want to do it, than maybe you should not be working there). I was not rude to her, nor did I raise my voice. The girl ringing it up was not happy about it. Gives me the suit. When I come back to return the suits, my whole party requested that I return the suits for them (Didn't want to do it, but I didn't want to be MEAN). I walk into the store, and sure enough, it was the same girl. I try to make small conversation with her, as I get to the front desk, and she's already giving me attitude (keeping it in, so I don't have to make anyone cry today). Opens up the first suit and says things are missing and demands i pay for stuff. When we open up the 2nd suit, the stuff from the first suit was there(I did not pack these suits) I've never opened up any of these suits, I don't know what in it, I don't know if its damaged (Paid extra for the insurance). She than tells me i have to pay a 20 dollar for each suit( I was holding 6 suits). I recall the salesman saying it would be okay to return it on Monday with no problems or fees. So again, I had the salesman call in and explain to her what the deal is. He gives her the go to take it, but I can tell she was upset, and keeps insisting that I pay for all these things, even though the other store said everything was fine. If the other store gave her the go, what's the problem? Did she have something personal against me (Don't know why, I was very polite the whole time). Don't go to this location. The service was terrible, and the workers made me feel like I made a bad decision to go there. The other store did not understand why she was so upset. If she had on her A1 from Day1, it would have been better for everyone, now I have to tell all my friends not to go here when they need to rent suits. My thing is, if you don't like what you're doing- you either need to suck it up, or find a new job. Don't bring your diva face to work, because you don't want to do the work. I've done retail management in 3 different locations with almost 5 years experience, that is not how business is conducted. If she was under me, I'd have fired her for giving attitude and being rude to a polite customer.

Bought their 3 suits sale for a fathers day gift and they only called one time to remind. Life got busy with 5 kids. I'm looking at my year expense report and see the suits there $900 and you'd think they'd at least email to remind, not call once and leave one message. Sales person was the asst. Manager. She got her commission, made one call and pocketed 3 suits and her commission. She didn't care if the suits were fitted or not. Life happens, kids and parents get sick or injury pops up, many verbless, don't think she cared about that, just what she got out of it. Never prepay, never buy a gift there ahead of time ;9( what can I say, but that if you need a job it might be a good one to slush your way to a decent sum :(...
