I gave this location a try on a few different occasions, hoping for a positive experience but was disappointed each time. The hours are odd and inconvenient- who closes early on sat night in a strip mall? Second, the management they've chosen is ATROCIOUS. Had the displeasure of meeting Yolanda, a manager here who makes it her mission in life to be rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't honor a coupon even though I had it because my phone died when she went to look at it. Trying to be conscious of the situation since it was the holiday, I didn't make an issue and asked the price adjustment policy so I could return when my phone was alive and utilize my coupon. Tells me 14 days. K, came back within 14 days and here's Yolanda again. Ask for price adjustment as promised and she said she's unable to because it's past 14 days. She recounted and found that was a mistake so now it's that she can't use the coupon because I'm 12 CENTS off of the amount needed to hit the bracket. 12 CENTS. K..still trying to reason with this girl but are you serious. Came all the way back for you to make a big deal about 12 cents. Then she begins processing a return which I had the receipt and she's offering me less than 50% of what I paid for it for an unknown reason. NOW, I'm upset. Like what kind of "manager" is this?! So I lose my cool, and another associate comes over- much younger and smarter than Yolanda and takes over. The manager needed an associate to do her job. Honestly, this location is A JOKE. Go somewhere else or risk Yolanda overcharging you with the rudest attitude you can find.
