I have used Zummo's since 1980. was there 30-Apr-16 to return a item previously purchased. One of the owners was working on a screen in the rear of the store. I guess he was not please to leave the task. He seemed somewhat upset an returned $4.00 on the $3.99 purchased priced item (no tax). I ask if he could make a key from a blank I had. he did not know if he had the blank and he really did not care since he was pulled from the project he was working on. His response was stop back tomorrow or whenever and I will see. Needless to say he can keep the key if he has it. I will never deal with Joseph Zummo
 in Norristown again. You are the last Hardware store in Norristown. Your days might be numbered with service like this.
