Amazing entertainment, shops, food, and fun. You will need to bring a lot of money to truly enjoy everything. The unique shops are always worth spending money on and the food is the same way. You will get tired so wearing comfortable shoes is a must. Easily spend all day here and it's totally worth it. The park is clean and restroom facilities are everywhere (no port o potties). Must be there for the opening ceremony and for the finale fireworks. Don't miss a second of the festival! Ever since we started going two years ago we made a commitment to go every year and we plan months in advance for the trip. 10/10 would recommend. Cannot stress how much fun this place is!

We have been going to the Texas Renaissance Festival "TRF" for 5 years and we can only say good things about it. It is a very friendly place for anyone from single people to family groups. There is always a great vibe and friendliness in the park and campground, lots of security and staff willing to help out with anything. In these five years that we have been going we have never encountered any issues with the crowds. This is the reason why we keep going every year and recommend to friends and family. Huzzah!

I've been going for the last 32 years and planning on going the 32. My daughter has gone her whole life, and as soon as it closes for the season, she starts talking about getting ready for the next season. There's something for everyone, from the young to the old. There are shows, shops with handmade items, and demonstrations throughout. It's truly a unique experience! Just remember one thing, it's popular, so there will be thousands of people there. It's totally worth it though!!!

We have been attending for 20+ years. We are now on our third generation of attendees. This place has it all. Great food, belly dancing, puppet acts, comedy, music and shopping. They have wonderful gardens to walk through, jousting and rides for adults and children. Great people and amazing Costumes/Garb. Want to dress from the 15th century? Great! Want to dress as a Star Wars character? Please do. Want to wear street clothing? All the more better. They do not care. They care about you enjoying your experience. Wonderful place, amazing shows, and a gorgeous camp ground. There is a family friendly area we camp in every year. So please visit and stop by the Sea Devil and say Hi.

I just can't say enough about the Texas Renaissance Festival to do it justice. I have been going for over 10 years! I go almost every weekend, and just never see everything! There's constant improvements, new shows, new stages, new gardens. There is literally something for everyone there. I love this place, and will continue going as long as I am able to! Picture me as a little white headed old lady, riding one of those electric scooters dressed as a fairy screaming Huzzah!
