Justice Snow’s is the perfect combination of a hip downtown Aspen restaurant in an historic space with a landmark location in the Wheeler Opera House building, originally constructed in 1889.

Executive Chef Jonathan Leichliter is always developing our fresh, seasonal menus, but you can always expect savory dishes that are elevated with unexpected twists. Chef Leichliter has an uncanny ability to take familiar dishes and bring them to the next level, or present uncommon flavors in a completely approachable way.
