I came here with two of my friends. We all got pedicures and I also got a manicure. The pedicure wasn't done very well and hurt when they exfoliated my legs (the guy did it dry!). He also didn't do a very good job on my feel either. I don't have bad feet, but even if I did, I expect them to be nice and smooth after paying $35 for the mani\pedi. The massage chairs weren't even comfortable. Then on my manicure, the woman cut my cuticles too short, my nails weren't filed evenly, and the polish looked streaky (because it was cheap). I think that its fair to say that I did not enjoy this experience.

My mom gave me a $50 gift certificate for Kali Nails for my birthday, which I misplaced and finally found today. It is now six months after my birthday and it just expired a couple of days ago.  I went in to ask if I could still use it or see if it could be good for half or some fraction since it was such a large amount, and I apologized for my delay.  The woman at the counter was on her cell phone and didn't even put it down to speak to me.  She just said no repeatedly and refused to honor any part of it.  I understand that this was my mistake, but I think that a six-month window for a gift certificate's validity is very short and I feel like this is a bad business practice.  I will definitely not go back.
