My daughter took me here for my birthday and we had the most AMAZING pedicure we've ever had. She has been before with my mom but this was my first time. I will most definitely be returning. If I could give more than five stars I would

Had an appointment for my daughter's first pedicure on her 8th birthday. Most of the staff were very nice.
They were very busy and rushed through our pedicures. Our cuticles were not pushed back and they barely massaged/scrubbed our feet.
The nail polish started chipping off hours after it had dried. As I was drying my nails under the fans, a worker asked me to pay immediately. What the hell! I had just sat down!
There were so many workers, there was no need to rush us out, especially since we had an appointment.

I've been in here many times and always gel pedicures and the dip polish manicures with my mom. I've always had a great experience and my polish has never chipped or came off, the few times I've gotten a full set none of my nails popped off either and I work with my hands so they've always fallen off when I've gotten them from other places. The staff was very friendly, the place was very clean and relaxing as well. Just don't go in the prime busiest hours if you're looking for a good experience, but that can be said about any business or establishment anywhere.

Was great at first. Was getting our nails and eyebrows done. When they were done with our nails they said they didn't have time to do our eyebrows because 4 new people came in! Actually refused to do them because other people came in!

This place absolutely sucks!!! #1 in business should be customer service....they lack in that here...The owner, I think his name is John? I’m not sure. It’s Cindy’s husband whatever his name is but he’s the most rudest person I’ve ever encountered. He’s very condescending, rude, and very unprofessional. I see how he treats people and it just disgusted me. I use to go to their salon AQ nails in Collinsville and then followed them here. The more I came in and saw John, it was just unpleasant. He was just very bossy to employees and clients. I stopped coming here bc it wasn’t as relaxing as a salon should be. I feel like this salon belonged on drama tv show or something. The only thing I like about his salon is the decor. Some techs are nice all others not so much.
