Taylor is the best. My experience was exceptional. All questions answered and all procedures explained. Dr. Jacobs was informative and took time with Taylor setting up my procedure. Will recommend to anyone thinking of having this procedure. There was no pain, very relaxing. Hope I do not have to go back but if I do, I am asking for Taylor!

Had my wonderful dermaplane and lazer genesis today and my skin felt velvety smooth. When my husband sees me his reply is that it looks like you got cleaned up today. The treatment is noticeable. Jill was great and made me very comfortable. I love Dr. Kristen and the entire staff, you are like family. When I left I felt like a goddess.

The staff at ooh La La Spa are so accommodating. I always feel welcome when I visit. Special thanks go out to Kim who is helping me get my complexion back which means so much to me. Also, I'd like to thank Ooh La La Spa for arranging a blood drive. I had already purchased a chemical peel package and was glad to receive a fourth one. I heard there was a big turnout to donate blood. That's a huge gift for others in time of crisis. I hope the Spa decides to do it again. You don't even have to make a free offer for products. I'm just so glad to see the spa being so involved. Maybe you can also get a program for the bone marrow registry program. In closing, my thanks again for being such a special place to visit. They make me feel like family.

Ooh La La Spa is simply wonderful! All of the staff are kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about services and products. I have been actively receiving treatments and services for the past 2 years (from peels, to facials, to waxing) and have never left unsatisified or feel like I overpaid. In fact, Dr. Jacob's staff go above and beyond to try to help make things as financially affordable as possible without sacrificing service or treatment. I would highly recommend Ooh La La Spa to anyone and have even sent my own mother in for several different services.

Oh… where should I start? FABULOUS!!! I had my first visit to Ooh La La over a year ago and ever since I walked through the door I have been treated like family. Dr. Jacobs is amazing and is an artist in her field. This is my personal opinion of course, but she has the patience of a saint with all my obsessing, and is kind, caring, and the BEST at what she does. I cannot say enough about the service of all staff, and services at the spa, starting with genuine concern for the patients comfort, questions, and peace of mind. All the folks at Ooh La la go above and beyond with there knowledge, skill, pampering, and luxurious settings~ Im hooked!
