Best service I have received at a nail salon thus far. On my first visit, I tried something new with my nails, and after getting home, I realized how much I wasn't satisfied with what I had chosen. I called the following day to ask if I could come back and change them, and they told me not to worry that if I wasn't happy with them they would re-do them free of charge. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure their customer was satisfied. They may be a couple of dollars extra fornsome services than other places, but well worth it as you can tell they want to make sure you leave happy.

The service quality has gone down a Lot. Unfortunately the last several visits myself and friends have been dissatisfied with our service. They ate in a hurry to get everyone so they aren't doing quality work. I went in with longer length nail and I was getting my gel polish redone, I asked for my nails to be cut down just a little and my tech was playing with his phone, listening to music in his ear buds and began hacking at my nails. Unfortunately once the first couple were cut down I had to just go with it. They barely we're past the tip of my finger when he was done, then didn't even ask about the shape I wanted just began filing and shaping which shorten my nails even more and I didn't like the shape. I was really disappointed. Also they've done away with the basic Pedi and their aren't any options under $38 now. :/ Won't be back

I am very upset with ZaZa Nails & Spa! On December 8, I called and purchased a gift certificate and they quickly charged my credit card and I have yet to receive the gift certificate in the mail (It's now 12 days later!). I don't live in the area and am giving it as a gift to someone who DOES and now I am sorry I got this gift for them! I have called and today I called and their mailbox is FULL! What kind of business is this? I own a business and I would be OUT of business if I behaved like this!

Not worth the hype. Besides it being pretty on the inside I don't have anything nice to say ab the place. There are no set prices I swear they make them up. During my last visit I asked for a full set of acrylic square shaped nails. The lady didn't ask me if I wanted gel or regular she just gave me gel (more expensive). She asked what length and I said medium. Then she said there would be an extra charge for the length which makes no sense considering no matter what length they cut the nail, they throw out the remaining part??? Then the lady saw I had a gift card and asked for it before she even told me what my total was. She then said my Total was $35, which is ridiculous compared to #1 nail spa across the street which give full sets for $20. Overall just an annoying experience and I'm def not going to them again.

Place was beautiful but way over priced!! People were very nice also!! I have short nails and the guy who did my nails can’t work with short nails!!! They are all uneven, some are longer and shorter than others. And they look like they are pushed up off my fingers... I did almond shape... they are not almond shaped..... I expected a lot more out of a place that has great reviews! I will never go back to this place... the search is on for my forever nail specialist!
