Never will we buy from Kay jewelers again. Jewelry is junk. Our daughter wanted her class ring from them after finding one she liked. Over the next year the ring itself broke twice, repaired each time. It broke a third time and now we requested a new one. Mgr agreed 6 months ago but never returned our calls other employees said they'd follow up never have heard from anyone in the last 6 months place is a joke. Go to any place else

Sales were great and caring but the shop that does sizing and doing different stones are an absolute joke. Had a wedding ring stone swapped wanting a light blue  after 2 1/2 weeks came back deep purple... Sent it out to get restored again for a new stone 2 weeks later I get a call on the day Im supposed to pick it up saying they have to send it to a different shop for 2 more weeks cause they don't have the right stone. It was supposed to go to the other shop in the first place. And even brought that up when I sent it off the first time... so now my fiance is newly engaged and hasn't had her ring for 3 weeks and it'll be two more... Never custom order a ring from this place.

Doing 5 star so everyone can see. 
I get not everyone has the same experience but here's mine. This shop is so poorly ran. My husband bought my wedding ring from there. Well the day I put it on and the shank broke (back of the ring on band). Why did it break the moment I put it on? We took it in to have it fixed around December 20th, they said it would be back in on the 26th of December. We went to pick it on the 26th and it looked great. However they didn't read that it needed to be sized to 9.5, it can back a size 6. They said sorry, we thought that meant the size it was. Either way.. It should've stayed the same size. Mark, the manager, said I'm sorry we will get this sent out right away,  we will have it expedited, and I will personally call you later today and tell you what day it will be in. Okay, no call that day. The next day I called and when I asked to speak to him, got hung up on. I called again the next day they said the ring will be here January 12th. We called on the 12th, they said yes it here. So we drove an hour away to get my ring that wasn't even there. They said no,  sorry. It'll be here on the 13th. We called the next day Amanda said "the ring will be here in an hour or two. " so we once again made a trip for a guy to say "no,  we don't have your ring. It will be here on Monday-January 16th. No later. I asked to speak to a manager and got hung up on and I called back requesting to speak to a manger and got hung up on 2 other times. So here we are on Monday, January 16th. Amanda answers the phone and said,  oh I'm sorry they must have forgotten today was a holiday the ring will be here tomorrow.

I used this Kay's for jewlery servicing. I received prompt, friendly, and helpful service. I did not buy from this location, but I was treated well.
