My girlfriend ordered a ring in a different size in store. Took a month just to ship one ring when we were told 2 weeks tops. When the ring finally arrived, it was pink..... we didn’t order it in pink....

The male employee was very rude to us. One of the female salesperson gave us wrong information about the sales date. All we wanted to hear from him was to apologize to us for the misinformation. Instead, He kept saying there is no point of arguing because there is nothing he can do.  The way he treated us we sounded like we were lying. Never coming back in that store again. If you need to buy pandora, I recommend to see Tim at west roads mall. He was very friendly and helpful.

I worked at the store in village Pointe for over a year the owner Laurie Langdon Gerber is a crook she is an evil person and abuses all her employees I do not recommend this store at all but the one at west roads is better the ppl there are more helpful and professional and treat customers way nicer

I am disgusted by what these people will do to make a sale. They will lie to your face and tell you things like we have it in stock but its at our other location and we will have it in our store in 48 hours. They told me this and mind you that I don't live anywhere near village pointe so the drive is very far. They have done nothing for me in terms of helping me. They have been just putting things off for a month. I paid a good amount of money for what I bought and have not see anything in return for it since. Horrible store, horrible customer service, horrible respect for my time. My number one advice to you as a reader is DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE EVER. PERIOD. They are crooks and they know it.

Super nice establishment! Very clean, sparkly and our associate "Katrina" was very friendly and helpful when we stopped in on 07/29/16. Highly recommend this place!
