NOT COMING BACK! Once you purchase a product and it needs to be sized, they will take their time with your product. Erratic phone and poor customer service. This location is not interested in helping you after you make your purchase. They make you feel like you're on the low priority list. Won't be back. 1-29-18 UPDATE: Ring come back in from sizing. Gouging that occurred from this store putting on a temporary Sizer was still on the inside of the Ring. They stated this was supposed to have been fixed when the ring was sized but there is still gouging present on the ring. If you do make the mistake of shopping at the store, do not let them put a temporary Sizer on the ring because it will gouge it and they will not fix it!

I had an excellent experience. The entire staff was extremely helpful on one of their busiest days and I could not be more thrilled about making a purchase at this location. Shout out to Michael and Tammie. You guys are the best! Thanks again :)

staff too busy talking about their dates to help customers. I ended up leaving and making a much larger purchase at a locally owned jewelry store on the same property because of how welcoming and inviting the store and the people there were. Kay has lost a customer and I will continue my business with the other local store.

Worst customer service ever. Never called to update me on my jewelry repair estimate. I called and they were going to charge more than my piece was worth to repair it.

My husband and I got a new band for my wedding ring from this location and have had many problems. My stone is marquise & we got a rose gold band with a halo. The diamond has come loose many times and even fell out once. We have only had the ring since June. When the diamond fell out and then was repaired, it was loose again in 12 hours. The staff is very unhelpful & we feel they do not treat customers with care. I would advise individuals to take their business elsewhere.
