i went to the place for service and i found that the quote they gave over the phone was a lot less than the real one. Very frustrating. I decided no to do the service but left a message complaining not caring much or expecting much since it was really a minor issue. Well, what a nice surprise. The manager of services took the time to call, explain the reasons for the change in the quote, apologize for the mistake and gave me the chance to do it at the previously quoted price at the time of my convenience. That is Customer Service that is rarely seen these days. Really impressed with it.

It took multiple days but a good deal was made at the negotiating table. The staff are courteous, knowledgable and make one feel as if they are not only purchasing a vehicle, but also becoming part of the BMW family. Look for Augie, he'll take care of you.

Recently brought in my BMW to diagnose and fix a battery drain, it required 3 visits to fully fix the issue but modern cars are littered with various electrical components so this was understandable. They also put me in a loaner X5 which was very generous of them. I want to personally thank Andrew at the service department that went above and beyond to make sure that I left as a happy customer. Keeler sets an example of how a competent BMW dealer should operate and provide service to their clients. A show of professionalism from all the staff I've dealt with. You've earned a forever customer, Well done Keeler BMW.

Went in for a part, I was taken care of immediately, professionally, and the parts guy even saved me some money when he had every opportunity to upsell a different item. Very happy with my visit, nice facility, I would certainly give them the opportunity to work on my bmw when the time comes. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there's a slight sense of smugness on the entire property. Selling parts at a premium and charging 135$ / hr labor, customers should be handled a little more friendly, I was not treated rudely whatsoever, just didn't feel overly welcomed. The mechanics were busy working on cars and seemed very friendly and professional.
