Everyone I have ever come in contact with at Keeler Mini has been super helpful and very friendly. Whenever I get talking to someone about my car I always refer them to this dealership because it is no pressure and they make sure you walk away with what you want. Top notch service! P.S. I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Keeler MINI, As you can see I gave it 5 stars. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give a high praise to my Salesman Anthony, Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional. I did not walk in Keeler Mini at 7:56pm on a Thursday night " when they close at 8" intent on leaving there on Friday with a new vehicle, but the more time I spent talking to Anthony about my situation at the time the more incline I became. his knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the Salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go the mat with Anthony to get that deal. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more than that. Not only did I get to leave Keeler Mini with a new 4 door Mini Cooper but I also left with my dignity still in tact. Thank you Anthony! Thanks also goes out to the sales manager. Finally, this would not have been possible without the help of Finance Manger Mike. thank you for your patience and for staying late to answer all my questions.

Always get a second opinion on anything suggested by their service department, and if possible avoid them completely. There are many honest MINI dealers out there, Keeler is not one of them.

Work performed will always be of the highest quality; it will be done right. Never had any issues with the service department in regards to the quality of service. The service representatives are always very good to work with as well - Mr. Smith is one of the best... Only down side is the price; they are the dealer, it will be more then the shop down the street - been there, done that - but the shop down the street will not know the Mini as well and you may have issues.

Terrible service department! Don't bother trying to get a response via email. Don't bother trying to get a hold of the Mini service department either. This has been an issue for the last 2 years, and nothing has changed. Looking for quotes for a major repair, and the only response I receive is that someone will send me a quote soon; well it's a week later, I still have not received anything. Now I am forced to go to Rochester, another hour from where I live. Whoever runs the administrative/HR sections at Keeler, really needs to get it together. Thanks Keeler!
