I have hardly had my car for 2 months from Roberts auto and I already am being told that there is 100's of dollars worth of damage to various parts of the car... TWO MONTHS of owning it. I took it to the mechanic they sent me to, to get it checked out ONE WEEK after I purchased the vehicle, who then called me 45 minutes after I had dropped the car off and told me that everything was fine! They will not fix what is wrong with my car because it is not covered on the warranty. TWO months in!!! The man I was dealing with refused to take me seriously and even YELLED in my face after I came to him with these problems. As a young female I absolutely feel taking advantage of by this dealership, take your money elsewhere!!!! UPDATE: Help is being refused because I posted this HONEST review!!!! I called and he continued to say "YOU WANNA PLAY THAT GAME?! OK" Then hung the phone up on me.

Roberts Auto Services is a great place to purchase quality use vehicles. Each and every time we went there we have had the pleasure of great customer service. We recently purchase a low miles BMW and 2 years prior a low miles Range Rover with great deal on both trades. YL, I must say is a people person whom take pride in providing great customer care. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Customer service is their number one priority and it shows great deal, great price. ♥ :-TRC

i have 3 cars from Brett over the last 3 years, and have always had a great experience. i always shop around before i buy anything, and every time they always get my business. the last time i bought a car from them they gave me $1300 more for my trade then anybody else would offer, and also came down on their price more then anybody else i had meet with. they are very pleasant people to do business with, never pushy, and always leave kn owing i got a good deal. i have referred several friends and family and would strongly recommend stopping here before you make a final decision.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! I want to WARN PEOPLE STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ROBERT'S AUTO!!! Buyer beware!!! We purchased a 2011 Audi A4 Quattro from Robert's. From the moment it drove out of the lot it burned oil. June 16 2016 the same day we asked them to unwind the deal give us our money back!! David Boodman , Tina and my self wanted our money returned. They assured us that they would fix the car. They did make several attempts. Under Roberts we took it to Audi they put in wrings and pistons. Under 500 miles the motor blew up number 2 piston slammed into the head. Robert's will not go after Audi because they are in bed with them. I quote Audi is trying to blame driver error an over rev. This is not true, there are many factors on throwing rings and pistons into a clearly abused 120k motor. We then find out that this car had a performance tune in it from a previous owner. We would have never purchased a car with a performance tune. CLEARLY A CAR THAT WAS ABUSED!!! Over 11 grand for this car and they say they will do no more. I recorded every phone conversation i had with them and this is far from over. We now own a mint looking 2011 A4 Quattro that needs a complete motor. This is criminal. I know about motors. Throwing rings and pistons into a clearly abused car with 120 k on it like i said there are many factors that can cause failure. To not disclose a performance tune to the customer, is criminal. On top of that while at Audi under Robert's the front windshield was cracked. On several of my many recorded phone conversations i called Robert's and again asked to unwind the deal They said no we will make this right. I asked them to go after Audi, after all they took it there it was there deal. They will not. This is far from over. I just ask people to look elsewhere for your used car needs. Please spread the word about these people. Thank u for your time reading this. Brian Passaglia David Boodman Tina Merkley UPDATE APRIL 23 2017 After almost a year, and having to have a lawsuit against Roberts Auto using the DMV facilities inspectors of NYS we now have the car running with a new used motor. We had to go after Roberts to get them to pay!! We won, as we should have!! 8 thousand dollars plus some more out of pocket not to mention the 10 months with out the car,, the car is fixed!!! Thank god for the DMV facilities inspectors going after this terrible car dealership!!! We were not the only ones. Do some research they have been many cases against Roberts Auto!!. My understanding is one more and they are shut down!! I so hope so!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! BAD NEWS!!!

Very professional and speedy service. Excellent service team. Friendly sales team. I would tell anyone looking for a vehicle to start here! This is my second time as a customer, needless to say here I am a customer for life.
