I called TW auto and asked them if they a truck that my wife and I were looking at online. I spoke to Hank. Hank was very professional and down to earth! He got us what we wanted and even helped us out on getting a little more for our trade in. We definitely feel that they check their vehicles when trading them in. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!! He was great to work with and we really appreciate his help! Thanks again Hank! (: we had an overall great experience here!

I bought a Subaru Outback about two weeks ago, and I have a positive experience throughout the entire process. I first saw the car before it received needed maintenance, and was able to put a deductible down on it to say it was mine when it was ready. I was kept updated about what was going on with the work, and despite it taking a bit longer than expected,was happy with the results. The CarFax was provided right away, the test drive was smooth, and the price was fair. Each person that I encountered at TW Auto was very helpful and friendly. 
In fact, even when I ran into issues with the engine a week after purchasing the vehicle, the employees let me drop the car off to their shop without question to set everything right.
Would highly recommend!

We had a great experience here doing a trade-in and were able to purchase a wonderful vehicle. Hank was seriously so helpful and friendly. They didn't unnecessarily pressure us like larger dealerships do. We found a car that we loved, told them our budget, and they helped make it happen. They just earned 2 more repeat customers!

Careful when going to this dealer they don't check there cars before selling them, i bought a 2008 BMW from them and it started running great, but after 3 months i got it, it started shutting off on me and struggling to turn on. I took it to BMW dealer to go get a full diagnostic test and it came back bad with a lot of things wrong, now i have to be the one to pay 2,654 almost 3,000 bucks to get it fixed and i don't think its fair for at all for me. They should of checked the car and sold it good to me. So guys buying a car from this dealer please make sure you check the car good before purchasing it.

My son bought his first car from Tom 22 years ago and we had a good experience then.  I went back and have bought two cars from them in the last 3-4 months.  Everyone is so nice including their secretary Claudia. Ryan is doing a fantastic job running the place and he bends over backwards to accommodate you with his time. The cars and lot are clean and they are very willing to work with you.  Thanks guys for a great experience.
