Horrible service! Sat for an hour while my credit was ran. No one bothered to ask us if we needed anything. Then the salesman came back with "oh you'll need a $1200 down payment". My intentions were to trade in my current vehicle for a new. Because they failed to make me feel like a valued customer or even a human being I will gladly take my $ elsewhere. Did I mention they ran my credit multiple times without notifying me prior. I agreed to once!

Bret Pace was fantastic. The vehicle I wanted had been moved to another lot, and Bret took his personal vehicle out and showed me the vehicle. Once I decided to purchase, he was very efficient with the paperwork and got me out the door quickly. It was a great experience.

Rey and Josh were fantastic! Neither were pushy, and we felt comfortable with everything. There was a friendly atmosphere and it was just a great experience. I will go back there again, and will recommend anyone to go there.

I went to ken garff used in west valley. My original sales was Ronnie. She sold us a 2013 Hyundai sonata. The a.c. wasn't working and so we took it back so it could go in the shop. Turns out there was so much more wrong with it and it would 1800.00 just to fix it. We declined and went for a different vehicle. It was a 2014 Kia Rio. The vehicle had a rattling in the back and had to be put in the shop three different times. The tires had no tread and one day I blew a tire. I waited for the tow truck because I had no tools to change the tire. I pulled out the trunk covering and looked under the tire and noticed there was MOLD in the trunk. We took it back to get it cleaned. In the 6 months we have had it we have had to resign three different times. I went to try and get a new car at a different dealership and apparently the Kia wasn't even funded. I tried to figure what was going on but all we go was the go around.

I purchased a 2008 Chevy Aveo from the west valley location and also purchased an additional warranty. When I test drove the car, I smelled burning oil and advised the salesman of what I had noticed. He said he noticed it as well, but that the car had been serviced and fully inspected and it may just be oil that spilt on the engine when the oil was changed. After having the vehicle for less than 24 hours, I had it looked at by Excel automotive and they provided me a print out of all the things that were wrong with it. It failed safety for tie rod, broken tail light, air bag sensor fail, hood latch coming loose and tint being too dark. It also had MANY large oil leaks, oil pan leaks, axle leaking grease, AC condenser leaks and AC does not work. I was assured by the salesman and the finance gentlemen that the 150 point inspection had been done in order to purchase the warranty, but this was clearly not the case. I took the car back just after leaving Excel automotive and drove it back to west valley ken gaff used. I asked for the manager Jager and he was appalled at the report I showed him and said that should not have happened. He asked me if I wanted to keep it if they fixed it and I said no, I don't trust the work you do and I do not want any more burden of the vehicle. He advised they could do a exchange for another car instead. I asked to be compensated and upgraded to a newer vehicle and they could match the price and mileage. I was advised that was not an option he had. He sent me over to the lot next theirs, that is also Ken Garff and had me work with Ronnie. Ronnie was absolutely terrible to work with and spoke in a very condescending tone and was very rude. I returned to the other lot where I bought me vehicle and advised Jager I just wanted the deal cancelled and the 2000 dollar down payment returned immediately. He apologized and agreed and had the check cut the same day.
