so I went in Monday of all days. and was nervous at getting my first car ever!!! but as I was walking up to the door I was greeted by Alex and he shook my hand and asked me what I was doing. give him that info and not two sec got the paperwork I needed and then he started asking me questions about myself and what I do. I honestly didn't feel like a customer but a long lost friend and we were catching up. now I have a 2011 ford fusion, with a great pay each month, and not a huge down payment. Sam is another guy who is kind and will try his best to work with you Alex and Sam are intelligent individuals who are kind and always willing to help.. so if your looking for a car and a smart person like Alex to show you around you'll 1:get what you need 2: treated as a friend and 3: have an intelligent guy showing you why he is good at selling cars. and his only 20 and knows a lot

I bought the car from this auto and after two days I filled the gas and make it full tank, but dashboard meter shows 75%. 

After that I called to chris and he was replying we will not check if you want to check then pay the money, that was the worst experience in I have and I will not suggest recommended anybody to go in that shop and if you guys buy the car check everything even dashboard and all the functionalities.

Now I am crying and planning to sale this car again.

Chris you are the worst sales person I ever seen.

What a awful experience with customer service and treating customers with no respect!!  I came in to Central Auto for a 07 Cadillac.  They ran my credit and told me they will get back to me!  I had to keep calling asking for status on my deal.  When Sam finally had answers.  They said $7000 down at $330 monthly payments.  Crazy #@!%&!!  Then they had the audacity to say it was thru a lender I had been prequalified already for!  This lender gave me a different scenario with alot less down than Central Auto's report.  No sense at all!!!  BS is what it smelled with Sam & his so called finance manager!!  Really Central Auto does not look out for the interest of their customers!  What they care for first is the typical mighty dollar!!  So sad!!  Then Sam says his finance manager will call me back for any question's.  No response, no follow up, no service or a thank you for coming in!  Still havent heard from him & I know he wont call cause he doesnt care.  This car dealership is full of bad vibes, professionalism, lack of being sympathetic, and just wrong to lie to me about my prequalified process, they cheat & are so greedy to do anything for a sale!!  Let me tell you I bought a 2015 vehicle a week later from a well known facility Tim Dahle Nissan of South Towne with $2000 down I drove off their lot a white clean Tahoe!!!  Fully loaded and with less than 100K miles on it with warranty & free car wash for a full year!!!!!   Hope your customers will open their eyes that you Central Auto are the bottom of the auto industry for honest quality work!!!!  Goto Tim Dahle Nissan in South Jordan if you want more for your money!!!  Ask for Big AL there & tell them Emali sent you!!!!!!!!

I purchased a like new Ford Fusion Hybrid. Exactly what we wanted. This car was BETTER than any Ford Fusion Hybrid at any Ford dealership! Car was priced extremely well.
The staff was extremely friendly and patient as we arrived late. Alex and Sam are friendly, classy guys. Good old fashioned customer service. Don't waste your time and money at the huge, glossy dealerships. Great experience!

The customer service I received here was sleezy and the employees are scumbags and don't listen to what you're asking for. They just want you to buy what they're trying to sell at that time.
