Torrey was my sales guy and he made the process easy and comfortable for us. There are a lot of places in the state to buy an Equinox but I will choose Larry Miller every time. I really felt like everyone was being transparent with me about the car and the pricing. Another thing that I liked is that everyone from the sales staff to the financing staff was on the same page.

I had a wonderful experience here. Jordan Dwyer is a great salesman. This was my first experience buying a new vehicle. I like how he didn't pressure me, was relate-able, and helped answer all my questions. He took time to help me even when it seemed I wasn't going to buy soon. He stayed late past closing hours to give me a full tour of the truck and make sure I had a great experience. I will not only recommend this location, but i'll tell people to ask for Jordan. Thanks!

Always a good experience when I visit. Fast and efficient, way better than any other dealership I've worked with. I don't know why anyone would want to go elsewhere. They have my business for life. I simply love my Camaro :)

I pay a premium for the services I receive here because I expect you all to be the professionals that I can trust to take care of my vehicle. The last two experiences I have had have left me with the feeling that you charge a premium just because you carry the Chevy Branding...not because you are experts and NOT because you do your best to ensure the longevity of my vehicle and keep me informed about the services needed to keep my vehicle in good standard avoiding any costly repairs that aren't routine. Visit 1: They took 5 hours to perform services that I was told would take up to 3 hours. I had to ask multiple times what was going on and kept being told that "They are just finishing up and it will be right out." Finally, someone came and informed me that they had broken something while performing a service and were installing the broken part. Apparently the tech was new and was afraid to inform anyone of his mistake. Visit 2: I have been having my vehicle serviced here for about a year maybe a little more. On a visit for an oil change I had asked for them to also check out my brakes and rotors to see when or if they may need to be serviced. When I picked up my vehicle I asked what they thought and was told "Everything looks good." That was about 5-6 months ago. I recently starting hearing and feeling grinding coming from my front brakes and so I scheduled an appointment to get it checked out 2 days after it started and avoided driving my vehicle until it could be checked. When I took it in they informed me that both my front and back brakes needed to be done and that my front rotors needed to be done. Okay, I am a pretty understanding individual and realize that these are thing that need to be taken care of on a regular basis for maintenance. What I don't understand is that why 5 months before they didn't inform me that my brakes would need to be done soon so that I could anticipate the service rather than saying everything was fine. Having my front rotors replaced could have been avoided at the very least. Oh, and of course once they got into things they informed me that they couldn't save my back rotors either and that they would need to be changed as well....So when it is all said and done I didn't only pay a premium at $900 for my brakes and rotors but I don't feel that I got the expertise that you expect to get from going to a dealership. Take it as you will, MOST of my interactions have been positive however these last two have really not left me in a position where I could suggest to go there. Especially when you can find highly qualified individuals that can do the work for a fraction of the cost that you pay here.
