There are several things about my experience at NAP Murray that are exemplary! First and foremost, all of the staff were attentive and respectful. Drew, especially, took time to learn about me and ask me what I need a car to do for me at this point in my life. He kept me in mind and called me after a couple of hours saying that he thought of a few cars that would work for me. Drew's selections were excellent, and I bought a 2016 ford fiesta from him. Drew was sharp with his figures and knew the specs about the cars he showed me, never saying anything incorrect. How professional! He also didn't pressure me to buy and gave me a few hours to decide. Then I met the finance team and some other sales people, and to be real, I was more impressed by them than I was the teams at other dealerships. All of my questions were answered and I was not hurried. Deciding to buy from them was a no-brainer! Go check these guys out, and here's a tip: bring a good fraction of cash-down and see what kind of deal they can cut for you! I won't be in Utah much longer, but if I were to be staying, I would absolutely be an NAP customer again!!

My initial contact with this place was by phone. Everyone I talked to before I went there, we're most helpful and accurate with their information. Once I was there, I found the salespeople to be very courteous and helpful. I left there that day after buying my Mustang. Everyone I came into contact with bent over backwards for me and made me feel appreciated. Next time you're looking to purchase a vehicle, this place of business is a must!

False advertising. I had financing already in place. They ran my credit without my permission and when they saw I had good credit they said the price on the truck was a mistake. The price was advertised by old management and they had screwed up. It suppose to be 10k more but it looks like you have good credit and we can give you a great deal. Damn dishonest propel!!

Don't come to National Auto Plaza (NAP) after you've been offered sour oranges at your bank because you might have an overwhelming experience. After Mountain America rendered me a less than sub-human service when only money counts, I came to NAP and...WOW! Talk about feeling human again with people who value customers. Erik took hours of research to find a deal that would work with my budget. And he did something that my bank doesn't do very well - he does not allow any interruptions while working with a customer. Yes, at NAP I count...and I think you do too! By the way, thank you, Erik, for sending me home on a vehicle with a tank full of gas. It should last me at least two weeks!
