The service was very good.  Technition was friendly and professional.  He even discussed his workings with my curious 3 year old who desperately wanted to help!  My only complaint was the original appointment was scheduled for the standard 4 hour block but they couldn’t make it out so I waited only to have them cancel! They did communicate this information well and offered me a 10% discount for my trouble - so that was nice!  I do like their fast same day service though!  WILL use for all my plumbing needs!!

Jeff found we were still having a problem after he rooted our sewer line, and called in a camera. He and cameraman were very polite, fun to talk with while they worked, very professional, and answered all our questions. My dogs even liked them. They did a great job for us. Will definitely call them again.

The best choice we could have made! On a terrible night when sewage backed up into our newly remodeled home, Roto-Rooter showed up to solve the problem. Our technician was honest, efficient, did a fantastic job of communicating and worked hard to keep our home clean and avoid further damage. He worked late into the night to make sure the job was done right. He got us into connection with further providers to make sure that the whole process was seamless. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Derek #4349. We had a massive house fire loss in July, 2017 and the house was completely reconstructed. Our wonderful toddler decided that it’d be a good idea to flush several toddler toothbrushes down our new toilet/plumbing and we were unable to get it unclogged. Called in to Roto Rooter and the lady was very pleasant and told us someone would be out within four hours. One hour later Derek showed up, assessed the situation and we were back in working order in less than an hour. Thank you Derek for you help!

I've had to use Roto Rooter twice since buying my home, both experiences have been great.  Very professional, offered additional services without being pushy, and kept me updated throughout the job on how things were going and what they found.  Bonus, the gentleman who came today was sweet and very tolerant of my dog who is still learning his manners.  They left my house in better condition than they found it, will be using them again when the time comes.
