ordered $2300 of furniture.... told it would take approx. 8 weeks for delivery- next was told it may be up to 12 weeks before delivery. When calling the store I left a message to inquire on whereabouts of furniture- voice mail said a return call would be made by the end of the day- no call was ever returned. Called store again- was told our furniture would be in the end of the following week, after a visit to the store we were told the furniture was in and would be delivered- but again this was not the case. Finally 16 weeks later- our furniture was delivered. We never rec'd a call from the store to be sure everything was ok once we finally did receive our furniture nor did our sales person even thank us for being patient during those 4 months waiting period. We were told that we would receive a $100 credit because of so many delays-but that never occurred either. They had our money from day 1- paid in full. Needless to say - any additional furniture we would order would NEVER be from Kendall Furniture in West Ocean City.

While we had a bit of a bumpy experience from the original sale to final delivery, we were pleased that the owner, Joe Kendall, got personally involved to resolve our issues. He even made a personal visit to our home. I expect our experience was just a fluke, and we will definitely consider purchasing here again in the future.

We purchased our furniture from Kendall when we moved 2 years ago. I could not be happier with the quality of the furniture and its durability. It was exactly what I was looking for and the service was top notch. There are three stores and Kendall has furniture at all price points. Kendall furniture is a local family operated store very involved in the community, and supports many charitable causes. Id much rather buy from someone like this and support local.
