The customer service at this location is excellent. The managers and their staff are professional, and they stand behind the products Value City sells. I purchased a bedroom set for son and myself in early 2016. My son's headboard had some minor issues. Tricia, the Manager at the Eastpoint location, immediately provided an effective solution. After receiving quality, professional, and timely service, I contacted Tonya, the Store manager at the Eastpoint location, to commend her staff on a job well done. If you want quality service and great products from a company who stands behind the items they sell, I highly recommend the Value City Eastpoint location.

The service I received was above excellent. The service coordinator Trish was friendly and very helpful going above and beyond for us. Thanks to the service and sales team I look forward to our next purchase with you.

The customer service here is stellar! I originally placed an order on May 5th for a few items. I was hoping to have everything delivered and in place by May 20th for a party but unfortunatley, I was given a delivery date of May 23rd. Trish from VCF called me a few days later and went above and beyond to make sure my furniture got delivered in time. Excellent job Trish and team over at VCF

Got a sofa a few years ago. The zipper on one of the cushions broke and it turns out there's just stuffing right inside the outer pillow, no inner pillow, so the stuffing keeps falling out and the cushions won't hold their shape. It doesn't wash well, and the arm snapped as soon as I leaned on it. Very cheaply made. I'm getting a better sofa somewhere else.

DO NOT GO TO THIS VAULE CITY. A sale rep name TINA POST was so rude and nasty soon as I entered the store. I inquired about to 2 piece sectional and proceeded to tell her I wanted to pay by credit I gave her two forms of Id my credit card and license and she went over to the computer and enter the wrong information in and quickly came over to tell Me I was denied. So I left the store devasted. Minutes later after I left I get a call from GREAT AMERICAN FINANCE COMPANY and they informed me they needed more info to complete the credit application so I proceeded to give her all the info she needed and she called me back and said I was approved for 1500$ the reason I was denied at the store is because all my info that was entered by TINA POST WAS WRONG. So I go back into the store to tell TINA POST what I was told on the phone she instantly got defensive and accused me of not telling her the right info and she didn't put anything in wrong and I was still denied. She didn't even attempt to actually listen to anything I said so I left the store and call the finance company again and had a representative call and confirm what I was telling her. After I called customer service and told them about the situation and TINA POST call and told me to come back into the store so we can get things handle because I was approved. I NEVER received a apology or did TINA POST do her job as a employee of this company. She had already prejudged me by my appearance that I didn't have the funds by the comments she made as we were discussing pricing of the couch. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anybody by anything from this store. Completely disgraceful !!!!
