I found this store to be an outstanding example of how customer service SHOULD be. I walked in around noon, their busy time, was immediately asked if I needed help, described my needs, and the employee immediately called over the manager to help with my order. Jason came right over and provided outstanding product knowledge of the Stihl products I was interested in. He guided me to the products based upon what I told him my needs were! Not what might have been more expensive or with longer shelf life, but what MY needs were. He described the pro and cons professionally and cheerfully. Even went back to the work shop to examine a model he was out of but had in for repair. Neat and tidy work shop, well stocked and clean store, helpful and cheerful employees! What else could you ask for? These guys were awesome, it was my first time in the store! Adios big box stores, back to the local yokel.

I had such a great experience. They were so friendly, helpful, and great! I found what I needed fast. The best part is that they are local!! Nothing better than that...hate traffic!

Do not go here the excuse i got was we had people quit and thats was the problem .well if u didnt hire people who dont want to work u wouldnt lose okcustemors.have a nice dayok so if they would have fixed the problem the day it happened i had the tank and reciept he forgot to mention i called back the same day and was told to call. The propane provider

Unique store. I purchased a Stihl chainsaw. Its awesome. One stop shop. They repair and service and sharpen. Great place.
