Open til 10 pm. Pull up to drive thru at 9:30 and just get a rude "were closed". No hello, or sorry for the inconvenience. This happened at the McDonald's near by too. And both young people who I believe just didn't want to work any more for the night. That's what happens when you leave kids unsupervised.
Short staffed? I Ordered online. I waited another 30 minutes to get the food patiently. They were working hard to meet the orders, but 30 min after the pick up time was a little too much. They felt sorry and gave me extra cookies, though.
We stopped for a chicken sandwich on a Sunday evening 02/13/21. Though we had to wait for our food to be freshly made, the manager/gentleman in a grey striped uniform was so kind and seemed to be working very hard. I greatly appreciate him and other service workers who put in genuine effort for customers. Thank you!
Chicken sandwich was killer. Also asked for a large fry and it was huge. Older establishment, not updated, but food and staff were great. Will go back!!Food: 5/5
The chicken and fries were really dry. Maybe it’s because I got it at 8pm EDT and they just microwaved it.
Food quality is terrible. Employees don't care and should all be fired.

I’m a very regular customer for this location. I stop by today and I love how fast I got my order through drive thru. They usually make me wait for more then 5 minutes at the window, but today my order was ready before that.. I like how the new management is doing the job. Because this location really need someone’s that care about the business. I love the way they have improve the hospitality. The cleaning of the store look so much better. I be definitely be coming back soon. I hope they keep the new manager which provide a amazing customer service, who’s courteous and now how to treat customers.
Fast friendly service, hot fresh food and clean seating area
Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at KFC in my lifetime. I ordered my traditional 2 thighs with original breading breading. The 2 pieces taste like they've been warmed up from the day before and they had that cold climbing texture to the meat and to the breading to the breading. Needles to sayeah it is a saying this is against health department rules since the food is not served at the proper temperature. The staff is always friendly and quick and I do appreciate their efforts . I just hope that this is a one off and that they are not using food from the day before or food that not being handled at the proper temperature.
