Awful customer service and experience. I normally love Wendy’s but this Sunday night experience was terrible. I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a long time so I was asking questions at the drive thru and the order taker was the rudest man I’ve dealt with at a fast food restaurant. He made me feel bad for asking questions. My order was wrong at the end of the order to. Didn’t even go back to fix the order because I didn’t wanna deal with the rude cashier again. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
We stopped at the Wendy's on Berryville Ave. I ordered 3 taco salads and drinks. I don't know what they consider a taco salad, but what you get is not a taco salad. You get a salad with a cup of Chile, bag of tortilla chips, a condiment of sour cream and a small container of salsa. I would never recommend a Wendy's taco salad. The floors in this Wendy's felt like they had grease spread all over the floors. It was not safe to walk on. My wife, daughter and I had to take real small steps to keep from sliding and falling. I would not recommend an elderly person step foot in that Wendy's. I would not recommend this Wendy's to anyone.
the food was good...you could say the service was was pretty good ngl honestly I could say that the place needs maybe a bit more customers it was like walking into a toys r us next to a prison.Food: 3/5

Great hot food. Very friendly. Very clean restaurant. Best Wendy's I ever been too. Parking: Manager is very friendly and make sure costumers are taken care of.
Since covid atmosphere is your vehicle, But the crew over there are great... I go often because I know it's the freshest burger I'm going to get...Food: 4/5
The service was alright, as well as the food. The place isn't very clean though.
The gentleman that waited on us was do kind and did his job well. No waiting while everyone was partying in the kitchen like the one on pleasant valley rd. So rude there, will for sure be going back to the one berryville ave.
Came here after finding McDonald's dining room was closed cuz not enough staff. Guy at the Wendys register was taking orders, had a drive thru headset on and getting orders ready. Our orders still came out on time, hot and fresh! Kudos to him and staff!
Holy s.... this place needs a corperate intervention My mom went By again 10/6/2022 at 8pm and the young kid/teenage siad they don't have classic chicken sandwiches on the menu. And then he gets moody with her and refused to give her the Receipt! The owners of this franchise need to understand we can take our $$$$ elsewhere and will. I dont know who the owner operator is of this location but they goit to check the attitude of there drive thru employees . And who ever the employees were that were working 6/25/2021 between 7:30pm and 9pm shame on you for back talking to a elderly individual and telling them that the item thats clearly on the menu doesnt exist management needs to takes these employees and make them go thru cust service training again or better yet replace the whole crew
