This place is my top choice for takeout, offering exceptional food quality, a convenient location, generous portions, and daily budget-friendly meal options. I particularly like their vegetarian corporate lunch box and thali options, which remind me of the comfort of home-cooked meals. Paneer paratha, chole bhatura, and vada pav are also delightful. The staff are considerate and attentive, always accommodating special requests like including utensils and napkins. I appreciate their efficient packing, especially when I am pressed for time and need to carry my order via public transit. I will continue to enjoy my meals prepared at this joint. Special thanks to the staff for their proactive efforts in ensuring timely orders and for their warm, welcoming smiles.
This location does have answers to most of your Indian cravings. They do have a standard and a variable menu which changes every 2 months. It was Punjabi theme when we went to the location. Looking forward to trying something south indian. Besides the name, the owners are south indian. So I guess the south indian food should be good as well.we did not get to try this time except for filter coffee which was refreshing and answered the cravings. Chole bhature is a must have dish here and the filter coffee is nice as well. Do ask for vegetarian options and any customizations. As the staff is really friendly and are always there to help. The Non- veg thali was great and had good food. Kebab, rice, curries and an addition of gulab jamun to make it better. The owners and staff helped us with the customizations and did help us if we had questions. They do have a Bar and variety of cocktails. Vegetarian options: Goof number of vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available. Ask them for more. Parking: Park in the paid lot next to the restaurant and they will give a coupon to place on dashboard to not get charged. Kid-friendliness: Nice options for kids Wheelchair accessibility: The location and entrance are wheelchair accessible. 1st floor
First time trying Bhel Poori and it was delicious! The crispy rice adds in a nice little crunch, each bite felt very light. Added in a squeeze of lemon that was supplied and made the dish taste refreshing. We also tried the Thali as recommended, nice way to get a sampler of little bits of things. We came here originally to try the dosa for my gluten free partner, they were surprised by how much they liked it. Great way to use as an alternative to naan/roti.
Everything here was so fantastic, and much different fare from the curries of the typical Indian restaurants in the area. The flavors of everything we tried was out of this world! It can be spicy for those not used to traditionally spicy Indian or spicy Korean/Chinese, but the spice was such a nice part of the flavor, we couldn't get enough. We got a little greedy and probably ordered too much for two people, but it was so much fun to share and taste all this amazing food, it was worth it. They also have special menus to highlight different regional cuisine of India which I love. We'll absolutely be back to taste everything on the menu, it all looked so good, it's a shame our stomachs can only hold so much food. Parking: Parking free after 5pm get dashboard slip from the restaurant
This place has a cute little vibe with nicely done interiors - pastel walls and chairs, fairy lights and an open kitchen. The menu is pretty limited, which is a good thing for me since I can be indecisive with a lengthy menu. We were a hungry group of 4 adults + 2 kids, ordered Fish Amritsari, Vada Pav, Paneer Paratha, Samosa, Lamb Bun Kebab, Chai, and a NonVeg Thali. Service was friendly and prompt. Everything we ordered tasted really good, standouts being Vada Pav and Paratha. The only thing I dint care for was the moong dal halwa in the Thali, it would've tasted much better if served warm. The downside was that portions sizes were all too small except the Thali. For dishes with price ranging $13-$15, it was sad that a single dish couldn't feed a hungry adult. We ended up ordering another NonVeg Thali to appease our hunger. Can't complain though since the taste and quality far surpassed other places with a similar menu. It would be just perfect if they upped their portion sizes a bit.
The service and food at Khushi’s was amazing! A fine combination of veg and non veg options in the menu , we had multiple meals at this place during our stay in Bellevue. Highly recommend Misal Pav, Sabudana Vada and Aloo Parantha .. Delicious ! Don’t forget to ask about their Thali Options ! : Vegetarian options: Great veg options !
We ordered keema pav, and vada pav. Both had amazing flavors, all chutneys on side were absolutely amazing much better than at most places in and around the bigger Seattle area , vada was well cooked perfectly balanced with spices.. my only complaint is pav with both dishes was stale, I passed on this feedback to our server so that there is a fair chance for improvement and her reply wasn’t satisfactory that probably someone had put all breads in freezer for too long !! I hope my next visit I am served with fresh stuff.
Atmosphere was very nice, with intricate LED lights and great background music. Server was very helpful, helping us find a good choice, even checking in on us. Highly recommend SAFED MURGH Chicken in cashew based gravy. Owner/Server was very kind, even let our dog in when we couldn’t find a restaurant to eat at.Food: 4/5
I was having such a good day and Khushi made it even better! The food features authentic dishes beyond the common plates at other Indian restaurants. So I got to explore more flavors and the owner was there and kindly came up to me to walk me through the menu. She is such a friendly, caring, amazing woman. I was already feeling lucky to find this restaurant but feel even more blessed to meet her! The customer service was wonderful too; the bartender/server greeted me as I walked through the front door and asked if I needed parking yes there is free parking so you don't need to worry about paying for expensive Bellevue parking was super attentive as I dined. Okay back to the food, the food was fulfilling and comforting!! I ordered the kheema pav, chicken kebab, a side of bhatura, side of garlic naan. The bread with the kheema pav was like a roll, the bhatura is a big puff with a crunch, and the naan is a flatbread layer in delicious garlic. The chicken was moist and both the the chiciken and lamb in the kheema had sooo much flavor! Parking: They validate parking!
The food here is delicious especially the Maharashtrian preparations. Their pav is excellent. However, I felt it was quite expensive for the amount of quantity and the ambience.Recommended dishesMisal Pav
