Really good! The chana dal is a really good yellow dal! The lentil fritters are tasty, and the pearls Khichdi was a neat different dish I've never seen before and goes well with the dal! I'm excited to order again another week!

Amazing and tasty home cooked food with great quality. Got catering for a small gathering at home. Food was delicious and felt exactly like eating at home! Rajani was very lovely, professional and tailored menu according to our needs. Everyone loved the food especially Rasam and Puran poli. We are ordering for the second time from SkillAtSpice! Can't wait to try their food again.
Amazing home cooked Indian vegetarian food! Easy to order online with choice of spice level and gets delivered. We order for the whole week. Menu changes frequently, keeping it interesting just like home. Update 2/2012 Karela bitter gourd is a difficult vegetable to work with for obvious reasons lol. Rajani made it flavorful and kept the vegetable texture intact. I now snack on it..that good!
Highly recommended! The cook is like a spice goddess who made spices talk to you in such wonderful ways! Incredible from someone like me who had tasted many Indian food in my life including in India itself.
We have been ordering from SkillAtSpice for over a year, and it is our favorite Indian restaurant. The food is always beautifully spiced, fresh and delicious, and of the highest quality. There is a great deal of variety as well, so there are always new dishes to try. The owners are wonderful too!
SkillAtSpice has delicious home-cooked style Indian food. Every week the menu is updated so there's always a variety of dishes offered. The owners provide excellent personal service and communication regarding each week's order. We also like that they use compostable containers. SkillAtSpice currently offers pickup/delivery once a week. We'd be even happier if they increased it to twice a week!
The food quality is amazing, the delivery is always on time. The price is better than any other place I could find. Easily the best Indian Tiffin service I've ordered from.
All I can say is, Skill At Spice food is awesome & i’m so thankful we discovered this place about 4 months ago!! We order from them almost every week. Reasons why we’ll keep ordering from them are: 1. I can’t eat dairy, and they have many dishes that are dairy-free!! 2. Their restaurant name is Spot On! Every dish is so flavorful not overly salty or sweet, & their spices are so balanced – it’s just delicious and they get the flavor just right! I’ve loved every single dish i’ve tried. 3. they change their menu weekly and i’ve tried tons of new indian dishes because of them, 4. they deliver! And when we order enough at one time, our delivery is free. 5. Their food tastes like a home-cooked indian meal. Life is so busy & its hard to keep up. Their food feels very healthy! Nothing has ever tasted greasy to me. So many veggies. It’s just perfect for my family. 6. Their customer service has been awesome. They’re very responsive & friendly. When my husband goes to pick up our order, it’s been a great experience.
I stumbled upon Skillatspice when I was looking for means to improve my eating habits; add more vegetables into my diet specifically. The food is authenticvery much like homemade food, healthynot greasy and is made with organic ingredients whenever possible and tasty. Given that the menu changes week over week and there is a decent spread of available options each week, I have been able to stick to it without getting bored. Food is always packed in compostable containers and I greatly appreciate it. Home delivery makes it a very convenient option. I can’t thank Rajani Garu the women running the business. She is very accommodative of any special requests and goes the extra mile of reminding me if I miss placing my order on time. I am grateful to her for her service!! I have and would recommend this place to friends, family, and anyone else looking for a convenient meal preparation/delivery service.
