We LOVE Kia Mall of Georgia and our salesperson, Mark! Emailed the dealership and within minutes Mark called us. We told him what we were looking for and what kind of price we needed. Within minutes, he emailed us a written offer that we couldn’t refuse. Next day, we test drove the car and bought it. Easiest, best experience ever! Can’t say enough great things about this place. They rock! I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but this dealership was so off-the-chain great! They are honest, friendly, helpful, transparent. Everyone there seemed to enjoy their job. And that is so rare for a car dealership. Thank you for a great experience! And a great used car!

Had a quick and great experience with Internet Salesman Bryan Nelson.  He was the first and only sales person who gave me what I asked for on his 1st response to my Internet inquiry.  I had inquired to several other dealerships and never got what I initially requested. (Which was out the door price for the vehicle I requested). Bryan provided two complete breakdowns (one with 0% financing and one with full rebates) for the new Optima I inquired about. 

I ended up purchasing the vehicle a day later and the process was smooth and effortless.

The service at the Mall of Georgia Kia dealership was amazing. A big thanks to Mark and Duke for their assistance with purchasing a Kia Soul. Very knowledgeable, helpful and honest.  Mark went through the entire car and explain how everything worked to my daughter and made her even more comfortable with her car. Big thanks to Chris in finaceial department he got an amazing deal on a Kia Soul. Thank you to all of Kia great place to buy a car. Great experience!!!!

Zorro and Jason were an absolute pleasure to work with. Zorro greeted us quickly and kindly. He evaluated the situation and found the perfect vehicle for us, in our budget. Jason worked to get us approved through hurtles of self employment and little money down. This whole team was knowledgeable and supportive without being  pushy. We highly recommend them!

I bought a used Honda Fit at Kia Mall of Georgia. I worked with Bryan and Mark, and had a good experience. After making an appointment, the car was clean, tank was full and it was ready for a test drive. They were very kind and patient with me as I made my decision to purchase from them. I highly recommend this dealership if you are ready to buy a vehicle. Looking forward to 2 years of free oil changes that came with the purchase. Thanks for all your help!
