I see a lot of bad reviews, but I had an excellent experience here that could have saved my life, honestly. I came in for a tire patch, which they did, no problem. They didn't BS me or claim that I needed a new tire. Well, not that one, anyway. It turns out that one of my other tires was bulging in the sidewall, and I had no idea. I didn't expect them to check the tires that didn't have problems, but I'm really glad they did. They showed it to me, and sure enough, it was bulging pretty significantly. A quick Google search showed me that it was a recipe for a blowout at pretty much any time. I was happy to buy the new tire from them after that. Thanks so much.

I felt like a VIP. Excellent service in sweltering conditions and the technicians seemed pleased to be doing it like it were a cozy 65 degrees. Thank you Firestone Staff.

We made an appointment dropped our car off the night before and they still to not complete for pull our car in until after 2 p.m. the next rotten service in my opinion!

Horrible costumer service. Rude right of the bat. If they try to sell you on tire warranty, don't bother because they don't honor it. Told me they wore out because my truck weight. They specifically recommended those to me when they sold them to me! I'm not the only one they are scamming, go somewhere else.
