when i bring my car here i know i get a straight upfront price. they don't try to pressure you for any unnecessary add on services and only recommend what your car needs. they are very detailed and knowledable with what's best for your car and always willing to work with the budget you have. i have never had any suprises when i come pick up my car like i do with all these other places. nobody likes taking their cars in for service but this place truly makes it as painless and easy as possible ! don't waste your time going somewhere else and wasting your hard earned money

I've been going to the norcross location for over 10 years and started coming here instead since it's closer to my house.  And this place has never failed me once.  Both stores are owned by the same owner.

I am super picky and knowing a trustworthy mechanic is a must especially since you invest so much money into your vehicles. They do an awesome job on your service and most importantly, they are honest. They don't bs about the price and time.  

I hated making appointments for car dealership when I had warranty only to wait 1-2 hours when they tell you they will finish it in under 30 minutes.  Other independent mechanic shops do the same. This location is good about time. If it's going to take long, they will say so.

Lots of times, other shops will offer you a ridiculous low prices for their services only to come back later and tell you, you need this or that.  They will use the fright tactic into making you waste money on services you might not need or give false information.  I cant vouch for other napa auto care as well but this location doesn't. 

Another great service they provide is they actually take responsibility for their services. If you are not fully satisfied or believe there is still something wrong with a vehicle, they will do a full diagnostic for their job without extra charge as long as you report within a reasonable time(like don't complain about oil leaking a year after getting an oil change nonsense).  

Although it's branded napa, it's a honest mom and pop like shop.  If you have problems with your car or just need your required maintenance on the vehicle after warranty expires, this is the place to go.

I was told that you need 3 people in your life. A doctor, lawyer, and a mechanic.  You will have the mechanic part filled if you come to this location

Droped car off for oil change and break check.
Did the breaks but not the oil. Im going to keep looking for a steady mechanic.

If I could give them a zero I would. This place is full of it. Please don't go here. I will be calling corporate and putting the word out here bout how they are. They lied to me and wasted my time.
