Had an appointment for rotation and alignment. I was quoted about an hour to have this done. It ended up taking 1 hour, 45 minutes. This seems like an awful long to rotate 4 tires, balance and alignment. My appointment was at 12:00 and I got there at 11:45, but they didn't look at my car until 12:40 and then they were done at 1:30. If I was a walk-in, I would understand having to wait for them to get me in, but scheduling an appointment didn't seem to save any time.

The price and value are excellent, but the wait times are ALWAYS longer than expected.

Slow, sloppy, and downright unsafe work. It took 2.5 hours to install tires, even with an appointment I made a few days prior. Additionally, wheel weights were installed incorrectly (manager noticed after I had paid and was getting ready to leave), so the vehicle had to be put back on the lift and the wheels removed and rebalanced.In addition to the wait and rework issues, the shop also gouged my alloy wheels. Finally, after a week of driving, I lost air pressure drastically on the highway, and found that my valve stem nuts were not tightened when they were serviced (2 of 4 nuts were finger loose). This is a glaring error with a huge safety impact.

Came in to add a leveling kit, new shocks and tires and wheels mounted, balanced and aligned. I provided my own parts, the shocks were to short so they had to take them off and put the old ones on. The stock lug nuts were and issue with the new wheels and they had to call around to find some that would work. This was on a Saturday I had given up on receiving a call to come pick my truck up. Around 6:15; an hour and 15 minutes past closing time I received my call. Thank you guys for working late for me and sticking to your quote even though there were errors on my part.
