Absolutely fantastic service and friendly, professional staff. I shopped for new cars with Moe, and he was great - friendly, knowledgeable, and patient - and he helped me find exactly what I wanted. Jay in financing was equally outstanding - took time to explain everything and help me get a great finance rate. Could have not been a better visit. Would highly recommend to family/friends and anyone looking to buy a Ford.

MALL OF GA FORD is an absolute JOKE! Saturday we were wasting time before we had to meet a lady for some monogrammed stuff. We pulled into ford just looking at the explorers. The guy asked if we wanted to see numbers since we weren’t ready to buy yet and my husband said sure just so we had an idea of what we were looking into. We get in there and the down payment would be $3,000. We say ok and asked if we could hold on to the paper so we have the info. He says he has to give it back. Well somewhere in that process, the manager finds out my husband use to work at Athens ford. He says “if I can get you 0 down, will y’all buy today?” Of course we said yes. He then comes out and says it’ll be $500 down and we could take it home. So we did. Signed papers for an hour, then headed home. Monday we get a call saying they forgot to get a paper signed so one of us would need to come sign it. I drove back to Buford to sign the paper BUT was then hit with “we can’t get you into the car without a $5,000 down payment.” I thought he was kidding because 1- I was already IN the car 2- I was told to just come sign a paper.. he’s then trying to pressure me into buying a car I had 0 interest in. I told him I just drove all the way there and have NO way back home. Did he care????? NOPE! Finally my husband gets there and was livid obviously. Pretty much, we turned the car back in and left. We have no interest in doing business with people that do not have a care in the world about customer service. There was never an apology. Never acted sincere or anything. Once they saw that we didn’t have $5,000 today (who has that sitting around without being prepared???) he wanted us out the door and onto the next sale. They were all so rude and I’m still in shock about this all!

Great Dealership! I was lucky to have 2 salesmen! Both great. Zach Thomas and Alex Maddox! They worked hard finding me the right truck on their lots! 2018 F150. I will refer everyone to you for a new or used vehicle. Thanks, Paul and Michele!

Great dealership experience so far. My salesman Moe has exceeded my expectations as far as customer service goes and everyone else who I have come in contact with has been courteous and professional. They got me the deal I needed and I appreciate their effort. If you are in the market for a new Ford vehicle check out Mall of GA Ford and ask for Moe when you get there!

After purchase they promised us another key since they only had 1. Its been 3 weeks and 15 phone calls later and still no key. Bad follow up service. Nothing but broken promises. Makes my blood boil. After spending over $35,000 the you would think they would treat us better. Mad....After posting this review I was surprised to get a phone call from their customer service rep. She was very nice and said she would make this right. She did. We are now happy with everything. Thank you for caring enough to follow up.
