I had a great experience working with Steven at Klasse. From my initial inquiry about renting a car to dropping off the car I received excellent customer service!

In my specific case, I requested to rent a Porsche 911 on a Sunday. While Klasse is not normally open on weekends, Steven came in Saturday afternoon to walk me through the car and answered any outstanding questions I had. 

I would definitely recommend working with Klasse if you are looking to rent a car!

Brian and his team were very responsive to my inquiries. Any time I emailed them, I typically got a response within minutes. When the car I requested wasn't available, they were able to find something that worked for me within my schedule and budget. Super friendly staff, they really took their time to explain everything and made me feel like I was the only customer. I would go back there again and recommend them to anyone!

Hands down, a truly world class car rental company!  

I had an extended weekend trip planned to Colorado and wanted something exciting and different to do while I was out there.  I started looking around for sports car rentals and found Klasse Auto Rentals' website.  Their reviews were all very positive (deservedly so!), so I decided to contact them to start the booking process.

Drew handled all of my booking arrangements and made sure that all of my questions were answered.  Throughout the whole process, he was very clear and open about their rental policies, cost, mileage, insurance, pick-up, drop-off, etc., so that I knew exactly what to expect during my rental time.  I ended up deciding on the Porsche 911 (best...decision...ever) and placed a deposit to hold my spot.

My rental period started on a Saturday afternoon and even though they were listed as being "closed", both Brian and Dustin came in to make sure the car was clean and that my rental went smoothly.  First impressions are that their building and waiting area are extremely clean and that these are actually car guys.  Dustin and I talked for a good while about our personal cars and then just about German cars in general.  After a quick wash and detail, Dustin brought the car up front, we did a walk-around checking for dings, he made sure I had his number to call him anytime if I had any questions or issues, and then I was off for 24 hours of driving a 911 in the Rocky Mountains!

I really can't say enough good things about my experience.  I think one thing that really sets them apart is that they enjoy being around and talking about cars; and when that is combined with their exceptional customer service and communication....wow.  If you're looking for a company that is passionate about what they do and will treat you like a VIP, you honestly can do no better than Klasse Auto Rentals.  

Thank you guys for making it such a memorable trip, and I can't wait to come back and go rev-matching through the mountains again!!

I contacted Klasse to get a hold of a nice car for my engagement night and they happened to have a good selection of luxury sedans as well as some cars on the sportier end of the spectrum.  

I ended up going with their Porsche 996 911 Turbo S. The car was immaculate and it was a very straight forward process to get the keys. No hassle what so ever to get in and out the door with a top notch European car.

I highly recommend Klasse due to the freedom they give you, the straightforward process and most importantly the great cars.  

Will be going back more than once to get my euro fix!
