I came to pick up the rental after an accident.  It was close to closing time, and I rushed in.  I regret that decision.
Instead of charging it directly to my insurance, they wanted a credit card.
When I returned the vehicle, I left a note in the drop box leaving them with a reminder, including the policy number, and claim number to get with Progressive Insurance for payment.
Needless to say, they disregarded it and charged my credit card.
Note that leaves me with a mess to deal with to try to get reimbursed.  
They could have simply picked up the phone and contacted me with any questions, or contacted them.  They took the lazy/easy way out.
I will never rent a car from them again in my life time.

IF I COULD GIVE YOU A ZERO I WOULD! I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise, National and Alamo for years. I rent from them frequently at home and on vacation and they usually have great customer service. This last experience I had was the TOTAL OPPOSITE! I was visiting family for a week and rented from this location. 1st of all the car selection was terrible. The only car that was available for my price had dirty ceiling upholstery but I didn't want to have to pay for an upgrade so I kept it since no other cars were available. Fast forward to returning the car, I get a call that I am being charged $160 cleaning fee for you guessed it UPHOLSTERY and for smoking in the car. 1st of all I DON’T SMOKE! 2nd of all my 8 year old child was with me who is asthmatic and travels with a CPAP breathing machine so NO ONE ELSE IS ALLOWED TO SMOKE IN THE CAR! The extremely rude and disrespectful "customer service" agent lied and said the car was smoked out and the whole car needed to be cleaned. I explained to him that is impossible because my child and I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO BE IN THE CAR! If someone smoke outside that's one thing but it STILL wasn’t a smoking odor in the car. He told me I should be more careful of who I have around rental cars because it could cost me! What kind of f**cking customer service is that?!? I did not violate my contract with Enterprise by allowing anyone to smoke nad I can’t control what happens outside my car. I have NEVER had a history of returning a smoky car. I did not appreciate how he was speaking to me, I did not appreciate the outright lies being used to make a quick buck and because of this terrible experience with this horrendous location I doubt I will be renting again with Enterprise in the future. I have already informed my family, friends and business partners that work in the area to no longer rent from them and if this is not rectified soon I will be telling everyone I know including on Social Media! Terrible customer service and lies just cost your company 15 years of business!

I always seem to go with Enterprise when renting a car because of repeat satisfaction all around. Prices, locations, and good customer service. This time was no different. The guys I dealt with were very friendly and professional and I got a very good deal on my car for the week. My only complaints were that even though I had reserved the car ahead of time and got a confirmation call the day before, when I got there I still had to wait for my car to be cleaned out. Plus their was sticky stuff from stickers or something on different areas on the outside and that bothered me. It came off fairly easily when I scrubbed with dish soap. But there were several areas and I didn't feel like doing work while on vacation.  When I rent a car I'd like it clean and new looking and ready at the time I reserve it for. I'm still overall happy with Enterprise and will continue to choose them when I need a rental.

Fantastic experience! Great customer service, too. It's refreshing to go into a place where the staff is genuinely attentive & professional without being stuffy & scripted. Great prices, too. We'll be back!

Normal rental car place, staff is friendly, they can definitely improve the time people has to wait to drop off or pick up a car.
